Terms of Service

1. Description of Service
Paideia Agents ("the Service") is an AI-powered support agent platform provided by Paideia Europa ("Paideia", "we"). The Service enables businesses ("the Customer", "you") to deploy conversational agents that assist their end customers through web chat, email, and other channels.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By installing the Paideia Agents application, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Service.
3. Account and Access
- The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
- Each account is associated with a single workspace (tenant) with complete data isolation.
- The Customer may create additional users and manage their permissions from the administration panel.
4. Use of Service
- The Customer is responsible for the content of their knowledge base, product catalog, and agent configuration.
- The agent generates responses based on documentation and data provided by the Customer. Paideia does not guarantee that all responses will be correct or complete.
- The agent does not provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
- The Customer agrees not to use the Service for illegal, fraudulent purposes, or purposes that violate third-party rights.
5. Billing and Payments
- The price of the Service is determined by the contracted plan.
- Billing is monthly. Payment is made in advance.
- Prices may be updated with a minimum of 30 days' notice.
- Non-payment may result in temporary suspension of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Paideia Agents platform, its code, design, and infrastructure are the property of Paideia Europa.
- The Customer's data, documents, products, and content are and remain the property of the Customer.
- Paideia does not acquire rights over the Customer's content by processing it.
7. Privacy and Data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Customer data is isolated from other customers and processed in accordance with GDPR.
8. Availability and Support
- Paideia strives to maintain 99.5% monthly availability.
- Planned interruptions will be communicated in advance.
- Technical support is available by email at support@paideur.com.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is". Paideia does not guarantee that agent responses will always be correct, complete, or suitable for a specific use.
- Paideia shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by the use of the Service.
- Paideia's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the last 3 months.
10. Cancellation and Data Retention
- The Customer may cancel the Service at any time by uninstalling the application or notifying Paideia.
- After cancellation, Customer data is retained for 90 days. After that period, it is permanently deleted.
- The Customer may request immediate deletion of their data by contacting privacy@paideur.com.
11. Modifications
Paideia reserves the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email with a minimum of 15 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
